Once Upon A Time

Scars on her legs, arms, and chest

They only meant that her life was a test
Everything that happened was just a practice
She was just warming up for the sentence.

One question, one answer. That’s all the judge needed
She hoped, dreamed, prayed, and pleaded
“God, put those horrible men behind bars.”
Then she looked in the mirror and thought about those scars

What did they mean and why were they there
Only questioning about herself, weak and scared
No one knows why, not even God
Only those horrible men, they were the cause

She wants a real life, not a test
She doesn’t want to practice being the best
The girls wants a prince to stop these crimes
And restart her story with Once Upon A Time.

Home Sweet Home

Louis Armstrong What A Wonderful World

I see trees of green........ red roses too

I see em bloom..... for me and for you
And I think to myself.... what a wonderful world.

I see skies of blue..... clouds of white
Bright blessed days....dark sacred nights
And I think to myself .....what a wonderful world.

The colors of a rainbow.....so pretty ..in the sky
Are also on the faces.....of people ..going by
I see friends shaking hands.....sayin.. how do you do
They're really sayin......i love you.

I hear babies cry...... I watch them grow
They'll learn much more.....than I'll never know
And I think to myself .....what a wonderful world

Yes I think to myself .......what a wonderful world.

God created a wonderful home for us to live in. He gave us smart minds and useful body for us to take care of our home, Earth. The precious beauty of nature can never be replaced by anything. Our God spent six days to make everything perfectly enough to give us a wonderful world to live in. The world is amazing. His creations were more than perfect. The color of the skies, the beauty of the flowers, the cold wind we feel, the green trees and a lot more perfect creations.

We are very fortunate that God gave us life. He gave us a life and a home. He is truly kind. He did not only gave us life and home, He gave us everything we need. He gave us the beauty of nature. He gave us food, water, shelter and everything we need in life. We, people, usually gets our needs in nature. Nature really helps us a lot. Everything in nature is useful for us.

Nowadays, we see the nature different from it was before. A big difference has changed. I heard a lot of bad news regarding nature and it makes me feel disappointed.

Today, knowing that the ecological crisis is a certainty. What can human beings do? How can we change the nature back when it was before? It is really hard to think of a way to help nature. It is not easy as 1,2,3 because there is a big change that was not prevented before. It became bigger and bigger. But it can be easy in a way that we start the change in ourselves. Each one of us should take care of nature. Let us start to make a change and heal the world one by one. Let us start it from our own home. Let us think how much God loves us that he gave us everything we need and we should also give the love back to our God by taking care of His creations in this wonderful world.

Be Strong!!!

Smile! :)

A tragedy it is. The Romeo and Juliet. But for now, why don't we try making the ending a funny one. After feeling grief the Montague and Capulet had, why don't we make the readers happy at the end. In that case, we'll see all the smiles the readers could have.
This is how my comic relief starts.Romeo went to the apothecary. The apothecary did not notice that he gave a wrong vial. Romeo not knowing that the vial was not a poisonous one still accepted it. Romeo went to Juliet. He drank the vial but he was curious because he was still alive. Juliet woke up. The time Juliet woke up, Romeo felt something different within his body. He started having a diarrhea. The bad smell occupied the whole place. Even Balthasar outside can smell the very very poisonous air of Romeo. Juliet was very shocked. "My dearest Romeo, why are you like that? What happened to you?" she said. Then Juliet kissed and hugged Romeo despite of the bad smell. Romeo was not able to speak any more nor say any word for he is hurrying to carry out and bring out what he is hiding inside.
Poor Romeo who had the wrong vial. :))

The Ending of Romeo and Juliet

The ending of "Romeo and Juliet" was not the ending I expected. Though "Romeo and Juliet" is a tragedy, I would rather have another ending. If I was the author, I would want the ending that Romeo and Juliet got back to each other again. My ending would be a happy one. After all the trials they have gone into, I want all of those to be worth it. After Romeo sacrificing for a long time, he will go to Juliet and when Juliet is awake, they'll be together again. Romeo will not go to the apothecary anymore. Romeo will receive the letter from Juliet and he will wait for Juliet to wake up. I want  both of them to be happy again. But, they would still die in the end. Because it is a tragedy. Because Romeo was banished in Verona, when  both of them went out of the church, the Prince thought it is Romeo only. Both of them were killed by the Prince and his company. At the end, the Prince went to jail for killing the daughter of the Capulet. He was sentenced and jailed for a lifetime. When Romeo and Juliet died, the Montague and Capulet became friends at the end, realizing the sacrifices and hard works of their son and daughter.  They realized that Romeo and Juliet had an everlasting love that can never be replaced.

Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind, or forgotten.

I don't care how poor a man is; if he has family, he's rich.  ~Dan Wilcox and Thad Mumford

Can you imagine the world without a mom or dad? Without a brother or a sister? Without a family, what is your life?
For the past 14 years of my life, I can never imagine losing someone in our family. Unfortunately, when I was 7 years old , I had a younger sister who died and lived for almost 2 weeks because of her congenital heart disease.  Having a younger sister was always my dream. I want someone whom I can share my secrets, whom I can have a girly talk, whom I can bring with me in the mall, whom I can bring in the salon and whom I can show that I'm her ate and I will protect her. Losing someone is like being  crucified. It is painful.
Anyways, today, I have one brother who is John Francis Ipil, a mother who is Rosario Ipil and a father who is Jerry Ipil. The name of my younger sister who died was Jane Andrea Ipil. I remember in my elementary days we always discuss about a family in E.P.P or Character Education. It is always about that the father is the one who should work for the family, the mother will be the one to take care of the children and clean the house. The sons and daughters should do the household chores. Those things were just some true-to-life  things that everyone in a family should do. My teacher would always say that the chores in the house should be equally divided among the children in the house. These are things I cannot forget in my elementary life.
What is the importance of a family to an individual? Why is a family important? A family is important to  an individual because a family helps an individual in his/her daily life and in building up his/her life and dreams. Nothing more is important than a family. I always keep this thing in my mind that put God first then your family second. It is because, when everybody leaves you alone, when there's no one out there to help you, to guide you, to comfort you and to be with you, there will always be a family waiting at home telling you that they will never leave you no matter what and they love you so much.
What is an ideal family? For me, everyone has their own ideal family. Me, I want a simple one. Having one son and one daughter. Having a happy one. Having a family that no matter what happens to you, no matter what you do, they will always be at your side, never ever going to leave you and will always say that they will always be your family. :)
